Return Policy – TuliShops

At TuliShops, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to understand how returns work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • The size/color is incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the customer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear


2. Return Window

You may request a return within:
7 days of receiving your order.

After 7 days, we may no longer be able to process a return request.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us:

Include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by TuliShops (wrong item, defective, misprint):
    → We cover all return or replacement shipping costs.

  • If the customer wants to return for personal reasons (not our fault):
    → Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


5. Replacements

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost for issues caused by the manufacturer or fulfillment error.

  • Replacement processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping time: 6–12 business days (USA) or depending on your location.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Clearance items

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital products

  • Items returned without contacting support first

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package appears lost or has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
We will help investigate and offer a replacement if necessary.

8. Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is requested instead of a replacement:

  • Refunds are processed ONLY for issues caused by TuliShops.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
